This machine allows cable drums to be turned by 90 degrees.
Drums are positioned on the turntable platform by a forklift truck.
One side of the machine is used to set the drum on two flanges, and the other side – to set them with a flange facing down.
After positioning, the drums are mechanically turned. After turning, the drums are collected by a forklift truck on the other side of the machine.
