The aforementioned information can include data that under the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter ‘GDPR’) constitute personal data.

  2. Personal data will be processed, in particular:
    1. under article 6 section 1 letter b) and letter c) of the GDPR for the purpose of:
      • order execution
      • replying to enquiries
      • archiving
      • compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject;
    2. based on the legitimate interest of Przedsiębiorstwo ALPLAST sp. z o.o. sp.k., i.e. under article 6 section 1 letter f) of the GDPR     for the purpose of:
      • marketing of products and own services, including those personalised on the basis of a     client’s profile
      • organising and conducting competitions and other marketing campaigns
      • exercising or defending claims
    3. based on a separate consent (i.e. under article 6 section 1 letter a) of the GDPR), in particular for     the purpose of:
      • analysing the preferences and interests of a client, viewership analysis or the     development of rendered services based on automated processing of data stored on     devices used by the client when browsing a web page (e.g. a pc, mobile devices) carried     out by the Controller
      • On the basis of the generated client profile the Controller can: (i) adapt the services provided to the individual interests of the client or (ii) offer a personalised offer. For the purpose stated above, the Controller shall process data pertaining to:
        • the quantity of goods sold by the client, and
        • the use of information provided by electronic means (e.g. through a web page)
      • direct marketing of own products or services
      • direct marketing of products or services of entities cooperating with Przedsiębiorstwo ALPLAST sp. z o.o. sp.k.,     whereby the personal data of a client will not be shared with third parties and the     information will be provided by Alplast sp.j.
      • direct marketing based on an analysis of data pertaining to, for instance, viewed     subpages at www.alplast.pl.

        The aforementioned direct marketing can be carried out by Przedsiębiorstwo ALPLAST sp. z o.o. sp.k. by electronic means of communication (e.g. SMS, MMS, e-mail), telecommunications terminal equipment (e.g. tablet) and automated calling systems (e.g. programmes designed to send automatic e-mails).
  3. The Controller shall not process special categories of personal data set out in art.9 of the GDPR.
  4. The period for which the personal data will be stored:
    1. personal data processed for the purpose of the conclusion or performance of a contract as well as     for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject shall be stored during     the term of the contract and after the expiry of the contract, for a period necessary for:
      • post sales customer service (e.g. to handle claims);
      • defence of or settling any claims that Przedsiębiorstwo ALPLAST sp. z o.o. sp.k. may have;
      • compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject (e.g. stemming     from tax or accounting law);
    2. personal data processed for the purpose of marketing own products or services on the basis of     legitimate legal interest shall be stored until the data subject raises an objection;
    3. personal data processed on the basis of a separate consent shall be stored until it is withdrawn. If     consent to the processing of data by the Controller for the purposes of marketing of the     Controller’s services is granted, the data shall be processed only during the term of the contract.

Your personal data was acquired through provision during our telemarketing campaigns and e-mail     enquiries, from publically available sources, i.e. from the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court     Register, Central Registration and Information on Business, Central Statistical Office and by hand in     connection with the provision of data in the course of current cooperation.
  8. The Controller of personal data does not intend to transfer the personal data to a third country or an     international organisation.
  9. The Controller shall make every effort to provide all physical, technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from accidental or illicit destruction, accidental loss, change, unauthorised     disclosure, use or access in accordance with all applicable regulations.
